Southway Memorial Fund

This year the Southway Community College Memorial Trust presented cheques of £300 to Natalie, Chloe, James and Kyla. These bursaries are awarded annually in memory of the four Southway students who lost their lives in a canoeing tragedy in 1993. The bursaries are to support students in their next steps in education.

These four students stood out to be considered the worthiest from a field of strong applications.

We wish them well in their next steps - an Apprenticeship, Exeter University, Plymouth University and beginning their Sixth Form studies.
