Senior Citizens Christmas

The performance hall was transformed into a Christmas wonderland for our annual senior citizens Christmas celebration.

The evening was opened in spectacular style with our 'Festive Crew' singing a variety of Christmas hits. A sumptuous 4 course feast was then served by our staff and students, followed by a special Christmas guest as coffee was served. Santa accompanied by a team of elves, made a surprise appearance! They merrily delivered the presents that were provided by our staff and then flew back to continue their preparations for the big day in Lapland.

Mr Cooper’s table magic astounded our guests as Kira Chown and Ashleigh Patterson provided further music accompaniment, before the all important Bingo games. The evening finished with traditional Christmas carols sung by everyone.

I would like to thank all the staff and students who supported the evening, especially Mrs South who organised the event this year. The comments from the senior citizens are a testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff and students. It highlighted how important the evening is to our local community.
