Catering Beans!

The Year 11 Hospitality and Catering students were only a few weeks away from their practical exam and needed to start thinking about how to plate up their meals.

To help them with this, Mrs Stockton and Mrs Skelton set them the 'Beans on toast challenge', where they had to use the humble baked bean dish and make it look as fancy as possible!
