Grade: B £18,065 £9.36 per hour (£8,759 pro rata)
Hours: 21.5 hours per week x 38 weeks (18.00 – 21.15 Thurs & Frid 08.30 – 16.30 (30 mins lunch) Sat & Sun)

An organised and enthusiastic individual is required to meet and greet the community users of the Woodview Campus during the weekends and some evenings. The individual will ensure that safeguarding expectations are maintained with respect to all visitors to the college site whilst ensuring they are kept safe by risk assessing all areas of use and aiding in the setting up of equipment as required. In addition to the contracted hours there may be the opportunity to undertake additional hours should the need arise.
The role includes:
• Being the first point of contact for visitors to the campus
• Ensuring only visitors attending classes or session attend the site
• Ensuring facilities are clean and tidy
• Raising any concerns to the facilities management team
