Our Vocational/Technical courses are delivered by
Achievement Training Ltd and Discovery College. We have worked in close partnership with these established Training Providers over many years with excellent results and student outcomes.
Students who successfully secure places on this pathway will be enrolled as SJH Sixth Form students with access to all our on site support, but will complete the majority of their study off site. Students yet to achieve their grade 4 in GCSE Maths and/or English will be able to continue to work towards these grades with teachers they know.
We have a small number of places available on these courses and will offer places in our Sixth Form to follow this pathways to those students who:
- Achieve a sufficiently high progress score overall and for individual subjects in your final GCSE exams which will be confirmed in August 2023
- Maintaining attendance of 95%+ for the remainder of Year 11 (Role Model or Good on report
- Having demonstrated excellent conduct while attending the College (Role Model or Good on report)
