Year 9 Homework: Science Success

Throughout the course of this year, students in 9a1 have shown real endeavour and ambition in completing their homework. Out of a possible 36 weeks, all members of the class have completed their Science homework twenty times! Ms Holden made a deal with them in September, that for each 5 weeks they all completed their science homework, they would receive some kind of treat. After finding out about this deal, Mr Salter (their Head of Year) upped the ante and promised them pizza if they hit 20 weeks.

Sadly, the best laid plans were bamboozled by the Dominoes pizza ovens going wrong on the day of the treat, but all was not lost! Sweet treats were sourced and the great achievement of 9a1 Science was celebrated!
