Mr Alcock has been an instructor of outdoor activities for over 20 years. He is a holder of the Mountain Instructor Award, the Winter Mountain Leader Award and is a British Canoe Union Coach. He has worked as Technical Advisor for The Bushcraft Company, and trained and assessed leaders for overseas expeditions with World Challenge. He has led expeditions to Kilimanjaro in Africa and around Annapurna in Nepal, as well as to Sri Lanka and Peru.
He is happiest when having exciting experiences in amazing places, especially if young people can get out there too!
